Active ingredients concentrate for a glowing complexion. The vitamin glow ampoules instantly restore radiance to the skin thanks to selected vitamins and pink grapefruit extract, while protecting against external stress factors. For a visibly revitalized complexion and the perfect glow.
Do not open the ampoule with bare hands!
Shake well before use.
Tap the tip of the ampoule so that the liquid flows to the bottom.
Hold ampoule facing toward you with the marked point at the top.
To protect your hands, place a cosmetic tissue around the ampoule or use an ampoule opener.
Break off the tip of the ampoule against the direction of the point.
Application of the active ingredient concentrates: remove the active ingredient concentrate by tapping on the open ampoule. Pour the entire contents of the ampoule into the palm of your hand portion by portion. Avoid direct contact between ampoule breaking point and skin. Then use your fingertips to apply to the thoroughly cleansed skin of the face, neck, and décolleté, and tap in gently for a few minutes. Then apply the usual dr. Grandel moisturizing cream.
These ampoules may be used individually or as part of a treatment course. A treatment course may last for 1 – 4 weeks, depending on the desired level of intensity. During this time, the ampoules should be used 2 to 3 times a week.

Delivery Methods
In general orders are despatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow up to one week for delivery. Orders sent by courier need to be signed-for on delivery.
Claims for damage, packing errors or non-delivery of goods must be received by DeluxeShop within 14 days of placing your order. In the event that no such claim is received within the specified time period, the sale will be considered final and the goods deemed to be received in good working condition and as ordered.
Peak Periods
During very busy periods, like Black Friday and December holidays, alternate delivery times should be taken into consideration for all delivery options. We will keep you posted on the actual delivery time.

If for any reason you wish to return goods purchased directly from us, we will provide a refund or exchange the item upon returning it to us. All we ask is that the products are either unused or at least 90% full.
Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase and be sent back to Deluxe Shop in good order.
