FREE DELIVERY

Deluxe Shop offers FREE delivery on all orders over R600.00. Purchases to be received three to five (3-5) working days after your order has been placed. This rate and timeframe is applicable to any order over R600 nationwide.

STANDARD DELIVERY

For orders under R600.00, a fixed rate or R90.00 is charged for delivery. Purchases to be received three to five (3-5) working days after your order has been placed. This rate and timeframe is applicable to any order under R600 nationwide.

In general orders are despatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow up to one week for delivery. Orders sent by Courier need to be signed-for on delivery.

Claims for damage, packing errors or non-delivery of goods must be received by DeluxeShop within 14 days of placing your order. In the event that no such claim is received within the specified time period, the sale will be considered final and the goods deemed to be received in good working condition and as ordered.

Charges to other countries will vary depending on locations.

Please note that because of their higher value and an increase in parcels going missing in transit, all overseas orders with a net value of over R 2500.00 will now be sent using a tracked delivery system. The delivery charges shown above include the increased costs of using this service.

Please note: We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of South Africa.

 TAXATION ON ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA

Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside South Africa are responsible for any local taxes and import levies that are due on the goods.

DeluxeShop trusts that you are satisfied with your purchases. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact info@DeluxeShop.co.za with a detailed description of the query, including a photograph and the batch code of the product.

Yes, it’s absolutely free: just make a customer account and you’re in.

You will earn points on your birthday (2000),  when you create an account (250), when you refer a friend (1000) and you earn 1 point with every Rand spent.

You can track your points by logging in to your account and go to the “rewards’ tab. With this tab you can also redeem your points.

Points can be used towards discounts on any new purchase. 

Log in to our account and click the tab ‘refer friends’ , Invite a friend with your URL and they will get 20% discount on their first order over R500 and you will get 50 loyalty points!

You can refer as many friends as you like.

 If you are having a video consultation, it's best not to wear makeup so we can get a better view of your skin.

 A reliable internet connection and a well-lit room during the time of your video consultation. We will be able to see your skin but the conversation with your therapist is more important for the analysis and recommendations.

In the event you need to cancel your appointment, we do request a 24-hour notice to avoid cancellation fees. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the appointment unless we are able to fill the appointment.
