FREE DELIVERY

Deluxe Shop offers FREE delivery on all orders over R600.00. Purchases to be received three to five (3-5) working days after your order has been placed. This rate and timeframe is applicable to any order over R600 nationwide.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY

For orders under R600.00, a fixed rate or R90.00 is charged for delivery. Purchases to be received three to five (3-5) working days after your order has been placed. This rate and timeframe is applicable to any order under R600 nationwide.

 

DELIVERY METHODS

In general orders are despatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow up to one week for delivery. Orders sent by Courier need to be signed-for on delivery.

Claims for damage, packing errors or non-delivery of goods must be received by DeluxeShop within 14 days of placing your order. In the event that no such claim is received within the specified time period, the sale will be considered final and the goods deemed to be received in good working condition and as ordered.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES AND METHODS – OVERSEAS

Charges to other countries will vary depending on locations.

Please note that because of their higher value and an increase in parcels going missing in transit, all overseas orders with a net value of over R 2500.00 will now be sent using a tracked delivery system. The delivery charges shown above include the increased costs of using this service.

Please note: We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of South Africa.

 

TAXATION ON ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA

Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside South Africa are responsible for any local taxes and import levies that are due on the goods.

 

PEAK PERIODS

During very busy periods, like December holidays, alternate delivery times should be taken into consideration for all delivery options. We will keep you posted on the actual delivery time.
