*If you don’t see sufficient results after 12 sessions of prescribed treatments, you’ll receive one free session and only pay 50% thereafter for the treatment of that specific area. Results and client experience may differ between individuals.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
*If you are not 100% satisfied with your course purchase at Deluxe Laser & Aesthetics, you can make use of the outstanding credit for any other treatments at any of our branches. Unopened retail products can be credited or refunded within 5 days of purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY
*Deluxe Laser & Aesthetics has a 48-hour cancellation policy. We ask that a minimum of 24 hours notice be provided for any appointment changes. “No shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount or alternatively forfeit the session on account.
TRANSFER POLICY
*Treatments are redeemable at the branch of purchase. Course transfers will be taken into consideration by management if requested. Should it be required, Deluxe Laser & Aesthetics reserves the right to transfer any courses/ services to another Deluxe Laser & Aesthetics branch.

REDEMPTIONS
*Pre-paid treatments and laser courses will expire 18 months from the date of purchase and all body contouring treatments and courses will expire 12 months from the date of purchase, for accounting purposes. Exceptions for medical or other reasons can be considered by management.

*Loyalty points can not be redeemed on orders that contain a Free Gift.

Step 3: To redeem your points, select 'Ways to Redeem', then 'Redeem', and choose the amount of points you wish to use. After clicking 'Redeem' again, you will receive a discount code. For convenience, you can click 'Apply Code' to have the discount automatically taken off your total at checkout. Redeemed rewards will be listed under 'Your Rewards'. Please note, you can apply only one reward per purchase.
